Let me introduce myself – I’m Jackie, a culinary enthusiast who weaves together the rich tapestry of Tennessee, Texas, and Louisiana in every dish. My roots trace back to Tennessee, and these days, I call Texas home. With a flair for crafting authentic Cajun cuisine, I embarked on a journey that led me from my role as a Formulation Chemist at a major Manufacturing Company to the creation of something truly exceptional.
The result? Texasiana Famous Foods – a manifestation of my passion and a tribute to the South’s vibrant flavors. I swapped lab coats for aprons and chemistry formulas for secret spice blends, and I’ve never looked back. So, come meet me and my family at our food truck, Texasiana Famous Foods.

Last but not least, our famous seafood balls (top seller). All prepared by a 22 year experience chef on board. Texasiana Famous Food LLC is not just a Food truck but a Gourmet Truck.
